As the owner and principal inspector for Winter Haven Home Inspection, I would like to tell you about my company. I have been a Custom Home Builder/Remodeler since 1997 specializing in conventional framed, log and timber framed homes. I have a working understanding of the construction process of these types of homes from working on them from the ground up to completion. As a home builder/remodeler I kept hearing, too often, from my new home owner clients, ”I wish my Home Inspector had told us about that”. This is what brought me to the Home Inspection business. I thought I could bring to bear my knowledge of home building “ how they go together” to perform a better Home Inspection and better educate the home buyer.
I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). My professional training includes National Association of Certified Home Inspection (NACHI) certification and continuing education courses, the only US Department of Education nationally recognized collage level credit provider, ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) approved courses offered through Home Tech Information Systems, Inc. and Kaplan Professional Schools.
